Mr Barry Tong CFE, CPA, MBA, SFHKSI Partner of advisory services at Grant Thornton Hong Kong Limited, a member firm of Grant Thornton International Limited.  He is also the National Leader of Forensic and Investigation Services and the Leading Partner of the Agricultural and Food Industry in China.  Barry has over twenty years of experience in financial due diligence, transaction supports, recovery and reorganisation, forensic investigation and other advisory services.  Prior to joining, Barry was a principal of corporate finance in an international accounting firm.

Mr Adrian Yip Partner Han Kun Law Offices

Mr. Yip has extensive experience in the resolution of cross-border commercial disputes using the court systems in Hong Kong and elsewhere, as well as international arbitration conducted under various institutional rules. Mr. Yip specializes in asset recovery, shareholders disputes, corporate restructuring and compliance, internal investigations and disputes involving intellectual property matters.   In addition, Mr. Yip has represented a wide spectrum of stakeholders in corporate fallouts – directors and officers, significant shareholders and investors – both in the context of asset protection and recovery, and in the context of handling compliance and regulatory issues in response to enquiries raised by Hong Kong and overseas authorities and regulators in connection with the corporate fallouts.

Before joining Miao & Co., a Han Kun associated Hong Kong firm, Mr. Yip practiced law at leading international law firms and was chair of the Asia dispute practice of an US based Amlaw 50 law firm.
