Lucia has experience both as a solicitor and as a claims advocate working with multinational insurance companies for over 15 years in Asia-Pacific. She has accumulated 15 years of experience with primary focus in handling and managing Financial Lines claims, including Professional Indemnity claims, Directors & Officers Liabilities claims for Hong Kong, Greater China and APAC regions.
Lucia was qualified as a solicitor with an international law firm and had practised as an insurance litigator in international law firms for 7 years prior to joining Claims in insurance industry. Before joining Aon, Lucia assumed a role as Deputy Adjudicator in the Small Claims Tribunal of Judiciary Hong Kong. The extensive legal and insurance knowledge and experience assists to manage complicated and high-profile professional claims and litigations for our valuable clients.
