活動簡介 Introduction
由企業管治基金主辦、香港董事學會及香港恒生大學支持之「企業管治影片製作比賽」已完成初步評審，現誠邀會員參與投票，選出最優秀的作品。
本次比賽共有7條入圍影片，由香港恒生大學學生製作，主題圍繞企業管治理念與實踐。
請細閱影片後，投選您認為最優秀的作品。
The “What is Corporate Governance?” Creative Video Contest, organised by Corporate Governance Development Foundation Fund and supported by the Hong Kong Institute of Directors and The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong, has completed its initial judging. Members are now invited to vote for the best entries.
A total of 7 shortlisted videos, produced by students of The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong, are presented for your selection.
Please review the videos and cast your vote for the one you consider the best.

投票機制 Voting Mechanism
是次評選結果將由評審團評分及香港董事學會會員投票共同決定，會員投票佔整體評分的50%。
每位會員只可提交一次投票。
The final results will be determined by a combination of the Judging Panel’s evaluation and votes from members of The Hong Kong Institute of Directors, with member voting accounting for 50% of the overall result.
Each member may submit one vote only.
