3. Basic delivery fee included.
Lantau Urban, Outlying Islands and Remote Locations with additional delivery fee
HK$150 up. Final delivery fee will confirm before order confirmation. Our delivery service is available from Monday to Sunday between 9am and 5pm (Except Lunar New Year’s Day 29-31Jan, 2025).

4. Due to the high volume of orders during the peak season, the driver will not contact the recipient by phone in advance.

5. All customers are requested to ensure that the recipient can receive the goods on time on the same day. In case of emergencies such as WFH/wrong address/cannot be contacted, the gift may need to be returned to the workshop first, and the delivery time needs to be rescheduled.
This service requires a basic round-trip re-delivery fee of HKD100 (depending on the location, there may be additional fees).
