Robin is a Partner in the Transaction Services Group with over 12 years of professional experience in PwC. He has extensive experience in advising financial and strategic buyers and sellers in M&A transactions .He mainly provides due diligence, deal structuring support and SPA advisory services to clients. Robin’s client portfolio includes top tier private equities as well as multi-national groups. Robin covers a wide range of industries including retail & consumer, logistics, TMT, education, agriculture, education, food and beverages, etc. Robin started his career in PwC Hong Kong and spent 2 years in PwC Australia during 2017-2019.

Michael is an Associate Director at the Valuation & Advisory Services Team of PwC Hong Kong. He has over 12 years of experience working on various valuation assignments including valuation advisory services, valuation for financial reporting and tax planning purposes as well as financial modelling and modelling review. He has served many listed and private companies in various industries including, but not limited to, medical and healthcare, auto, energy and mining, transportation, logistics, banking, Internet, e-commence and telecommunications.
