Close to 20 years of deal experience. Thomas is a seasoned deals advisor working with strategic and financial investors on acquisition, fundraises and divestments. Having spent 10 years in Hong Kong, Thomas is well versed in cross border transaction and advising international investors doing deals in Asia. Over the past 4 years Thomas has helped tradfi and crypto native institutions and investors deploy capital into the crypto markets in Asia and farther afield. Having completed over 30 crypto M&A projects in the past 4 years, Thomas is experienced in assessing risks and opportunities unique to crypto markets.

Anuj is a Partner with Pwc’s Accounting Advisory team providing advice to large multi-national corporations and banks on a hostof financial reporting issues. Anuj has 15+ years of experience working with a broad range of financial accounting and reporting topics associated with complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, consolidation, revenue recognition, financial instruments and stock compensation.
•Anuj leads PwC’s Crypto Accounting Advisory practice advising Crypto and Web3 companies on their broad accounting issues associated with crypto assets and businesses, initial set up and structuring considerations and on the build up of the accounting and finance functions. He isa founding member of Pwc’s Global Crypto Accounting Working Group that focuses on debating emerging issues in the area of Cryptocurrency Accounting. He has authored a few articles on cryptocurrency accounting, is an active public speaker on this topic at various conferences and events.
