Wing is an Of Counsel in Eversheds Sutherland’s Litigation and Dispute Management team in Hong Kong, focusing on contentious and regulatory matters.
He has significant experience in advising financial institutions and listed companies, as well as their senior management, on disputes and investigations by regulators and other authorities.
Wing was previously a Senior Manager in the Enforcement Division of the Securities and Futures Commission (“SFC”), advising on a wide range of investigations and disciplinary proceedings against intermediaries. He was also involved in a number of strategic projects relating to the SFC’s policy initiatives and enforcement proceedings.
Wing has represented clients in investigations and prosecutions by different law enforcement agencies in Hong Kong. In addition, he is also experienced in advising financial institutions, corporations, their senior employees and liquidators on a variety of disputes, including banking and financial services litigation, contractual disputes, joint venture and shareholders’ disputes, breaches of duties by directors and employees, fraud claims and insolvency proceedings.

Mr Alvin So
Mr Alvin So is a Senior Associate in Eversheds Sutherland’s Corporate team and is based in Hong Kong. Dual-qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong and England & Wales, Alvin’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and corporate reorganisations. He also has extensive experience in advising Hong Kong listed companies on corporate governance and regulatory compliance. He has acted on behalf of major conglomerates, PRC state-owned enterprises and international clients across a broad range of sectors including consumer retail, natural resources and infrastructure sectors. He obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration (Laws) and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Hong Kong.
