Mr Paul Lam

Paul is currently working at ONC Lawyers, specialising in corporate and commercial legal practice. Paul is experienced in IPO, M&A and handling regulatory investigation. Paul is also a fellow member of the HKICPA and ICAEW. He worked in one of the “Big 4” accounting firms for over 7 years, providing audit and assurance services. In addition, Paul was a lecturer for over 5 years for the accountancy professional exams of the HKICPA and ACCA, covering financial reporting, auditing and corporate governance.
