Ms. Zhao Hui, Venus has solid academic background and extensive professional experience in investor relations, corporate governance, capital markets, corporate finance, corporate communications, and environmental, social and governance (ESG) practices. She has accumulated years of relevant experience in Fortune 500 multinational corporations as well as listed companies in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and the United States.

She currently serves as Director of Investor Relations and Public Relations at a Nasdaq-listed energy and transportation company. From 2010 to 2024, she held senior management roles in companies listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and Nasdaq Stock Exchange, across a range of industries including healthcare, consumer goods, real estate, and food & beverage. In these roles, she was responsible for investor relations, corporate governance, capital markets activities, corporate finance, corporate communications, and ESG strategy.

Venus has been recognized for her leadership and excellence in investor relations with multiple awards over the years, including “Best IR Officer” and “Best Leadership” by Institutional Investor, IR Magazine, Corporate Governance Asia, FinanceAsia, and the Hong Kong Investor Relations Association (HKIRA).
She is currently an Executive Committee Member, Fellow, and Chair of the Event Committee of HKIRA, as well as a Full Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors (HKIoD).
Venus holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Public Relations from the Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism at the University of Southern California, and an MBA in Finance from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. She is a Fellow Chartered Management Accountant (FCMA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) certified by the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), a Certified ESG Analyst (CESGA®) by EFFAS, and an associate member of CPA Australia (ASA).
