風險確認

我理解參與本次活動（包括但不限於企業參觀和旅行）存在固有風險。這些風險可能包括人身傷害、意外事故、天氣狀況以及其他不可預見的情況。我確認這些風險並自願選擇參加本次活動。

風險承擔

我對與本次企業參觀活動相關的任何風險承擔全部責任。這包括我因參與活動而可能遭受的任何傷害或損失。我免除本次旅行的組織者、其工作人員以及任何相關方對可能發生的傷害或損失的任何及所有責任。

責任豁免

我放棄就我在本次企業參觀活動期間可能遭受的任何傷害、損害或損失向組織者及其代表提出任何及所有索賠。這包括但不限於因組織者或其代表的疏忽而引起的索賠。

健康狀況

我保證我的身體狀況良好，能夠參加本次活動。我同意，如果我因健康狀況而對自己的參與能力有任何疑問，我將諮詢醫生。我理解，我有責任在參加任何活動之前確保自己的身體健康。

活動取消

我瞭解，本次企業參觀活動可能會因惡劣天氣、企業參觀安排變更或其他組織者無法控制的不可預見的情況而取消。在這種情況下，我同意組織者不對由此造成的任何不便或費用承擔責任。我也理解組織者將盡合理努力及時通知參與者任何變更或取消。

遵守指示

我同意在訪問公司期間以及整個行程中遵守旅行組織者和領隊提供的所有指示和指南。這包括遵守安全規程、尊重我們訪問的公司規章制度，並遵守組織者制定的日程安排和行程。我理解，不遵守指示可能會導致我被拒絕參加某些活動或前往某些地點。

Declaration, Assumption of Risks and Disclaimer of Liability and Personal Data
By signing up for this visit, I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Acknowledgement of Risks
I understand that participating in activities during this trip, including but not limited to visits to corporations and travel, involves inherent risks. These risks may include physical injury, accidents, exposure to weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances. I acknowledge these risks and voluntarily choose to participate in this event.

Assumption of Risks
I assume full responsibility for any risks associated with this trip and corporation visit. This includes any injuries or losses that I may sustain as a result of participating in the activities. I release and discharge the organisers of this trip, their staff, and any associated parties from any and all liability for injuries or damages that may occur.

Waiver of Liability
I waive any and all claims against the organisers and their representatives for any injuries, damages, or losses that I may incur during this trip and corporation visit. This includes, but is not limited to, claims arising from the negligence of the organisers or their representatives.

Medical Fitness
I certify that I am physically fit and capable of participating in the planned activities of this trip. I agree to consult with a physician if I have any doubts about my ability to participate due to my health. I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that I am in good health before participating in any activities.

Event Cancellation
I understand that this trip and corporation visit may be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, changes in corporation visit arrangements, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the organisers. In such cases, I agree that the organisers are not liable for any inconvenience or expenses incurred. I also understand that the organisers will make reasonable efforts to notify participants of any changes or cancellations in a timely manner.

Compliance with Instructions
I agree to comply with all instructions and guidelines provided by the trip organisers and leaders during the visit to corporations and throughout the trip. This includes following safety protocols, respecting the rules and regulations of the corporations we visit, and adhering to the schedule and itineraries set by the organisers. I understand that failure to comply may result in my removal from the trip or denial of access to certain activities or locations.

Additional Terms

1) Emergency Situations: In the event of an emergency, I authorise the organisers to take any necessary actions to ensure my safety and well-being. This may include seeking medical treatment, contacting emergency services, or making alternative travel arrangements.

2) Photography and Media: I understand that photographs and videos may be taken during the trip and corporation visit for documentation and promotional purposes. I consent to the use of my image in such materials, provided that it is used in a respectful and appropriate manner.

3) Code of Conduct: I agree to abide by a code of conduct that promotes respect, professionalism, and safety during the trip. This includes refraining from any behaviour that may be considered disruptive, offensive, or harmful to others or the corporations we visit.

4) High-Value Exhibits and Company Protocols: I understand that we will be visiting corporations with high-value exhibits and sensitive information. I agree to strictly adhere to the security protocols and guidelines set by these corporations. This includes not taking photographs or videos of high-value exhibits or sensitive areas without explicit permission. I also agree to handle any materials or exhibits with care and to follow all instructions given by the corporation’s staff to ensure the protection of their assets and information.

5) Confidentiality: I understand that some of the information and exhibits we will encounter during the visit may be confidential. I agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed to me during the visit. I will not disclose, share, or use this information for any purpose other than the intended visit and will not discuss it with any unauthorised parties.

By participating in this trip and corporation visit, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined above. I understand that my participation is contingent upon my adherence to these terms and conditions.
