1. Eligibility
   • Open to current HKIoD members only; each member may register once per session.
   • HKIoD reserves the right to verify membership status and to cancel any ineligible registration without notice.
2. Registration & Confirmation
   • Online first-come-first-served; completion of this form does not guarantee a place.
   • Walk-ins will not be accepted.
3. Health & Safety
   • Golf simulators involve physical activity; participants acknowledge they are fit to play and will follow all safety instructions given by the coach and venue staff.
   • HKIoD and the sponsoring venue accept no responsibility for personal injury, loss or damage to property during the clinic.
4. Liability & Insurance
   • Participation is entirely at the participant’s own risk. Personal accident and property insurance are not provided by HKIoD or the sponsor.
5. Media & Privacy
   • Photographs or videos may be taken for HKIoD promotional use; participants who do not wish to be filmed must inform the organiser on arrival.
   • Personal data collected will be used solely for this event and stored in accordance with HKIoD’s privacy policy.
6. Changes & Cancellation
   • HKIoD reserves the right to alter dates, time, venue or cancel any session due to unforeseen circumstances; registered participants will be notified as soon as possible and an alternative session or full refund of any prepaid deposit arranged.
