Mr. Randy Hung is the Chairman of Training Committee of The Hong Kong Institute of Directors, the Vice Chairman of Hong Kong Investor Relations Association and CPA of Hong Kong and the State of California, USA, He has more than 20 years of experience as CFO, executive director and independent non-executive director of various listed companies in Hong Kong.
Mr. Hung holds an MBA degree from University of London and a Bachelor degree in Accounting and a Certificate of Programming and Data Processing from the University of Southern California. Mr. Hung also obtained a certificate in China Accounting, Finance, Taxation and Law from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, a Specialist Certificate in Corporate Finance from the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute, and a Certificate in Investor Relations from the UK Investor Relations Society. Mr. Hung has extensive experience in IPO, corporate finance and investor relation.

He was taking various senior distribution technology roles for different banking and insurance companies including HSBC, BNP Paribas, Barclays, Bank of China, Manulife to manage project governance and risk control framework, advice on security solution including cloud base solution, remote access control, mobile device management and manage the CRM platform revamp on portal migration, content management and search engine optimization.
He also has strong experiences in Business Planning and Data Analytics, Evaluate Risk and security solution for e-Transaction platform, act as regional platform product owner and certified in design thinking, call center & change manager.

Immigration Service Institute of Training and Development Visit 訪問入境事務學院
The Immigration Service Institute of Training and Development (ISITD) is responsible for ascertaining training needs, formulating the annual training and development plan, implementing training activities and evaluating the effectiveness of training programmes. It provides in-service and induction training as well as learning resources to Immigration Service staff to ensure that service staff at different levels are equipped with the necessary skills to meet challenges. It also promotes the culture of life-long learning in the Department.
入境事務學院（簡稱學院）負責入境事務隊成員的培訓，制訂每年的培訓及員工專業發展計劃，推行在職訓練及檢討有關課程的成效，並致力為入境事務隊成員提供訓練課程與學習資源，確保各成員具備所需的技能，以應付不同挑戰。此外，學院亦在部門內積極推廣終身學習的文化。
