About 160 delegates from Asia and Europe attended the OECD's 2008 Asian roundtable on corporate governance on 13-14 May in Hong Kong, co-hosted by SFC, HKICPA, HKICS and HKIoD. Deputy Chairmen Mr Edward K F Chow, Dr Kelvin Wong and Ir Edmund K H Leung, CEO Dr Carlye Tsui attended representing the Institute. Mr Edward K F Chow spoke at the first session on "Corporate governance in Hong Kong, China "Beyond Box Ticking".
超過160位來自亞洲及歐洲的人士出席5月13-14日於香港舉行的2008年度經濟合作組織(OECD)企業管治圓桌會議。 是次會議由證監會、會計師公會、特許秘書公會、香港董事學會合辦。副主席周光暉先生、黃天祐博士、梁廣灝工程師及行政總裁徐尉玲博士代表本會出席。周光暉先生於會議的第一節有關「香港及中國的企業管治-超越最低要求」的環節上演講。
