EQuity Consulting Co.諮詢公司的合夥人. 持有美國賓夕法尼亞州卓克索大學 (Drexel University) 財政學博士銜 (Ph.D.) 、工商管理碩士銜 (MBA)、英國史特靈大學 (Stirling University) 學士銜 。 曾在美國及香港工作 , 先後服務於學術機構、政府機關、私人企業及顧問公司， 客戶包括名列《財富 500 》 (Fortune 500) 內的公司 , 如 AMD 、 AT&T 、康寧 (Corning) 、寶橋 (P&G) 、 輝瑞 (Pfizer) 等。 曾與達特茅斯大學 (Dartmouth University) 、喬治城大學 (Georgetown University) 、約翰霍普金斯大學 (Johns Hopkins University) 、密茲根大學 (University of Michigan) 及史丹福大學（ Stanford University ）等高級學府合作 。 經常就企業戰略、企業兼併、企業價值評估等方面提供演說及發表多篇文章 ，現於【經濟日報】定期發表「管理鍾師」專欄。 香港董事學會資深會員; 培訓委員會副主席。 亞太經濟合作組織的註冊商業顧問及American Academy of Financial Management)的專業金融師。		Managing Partner, Equity Consulting Co.
