	³¯°Oýð¥ý¥Í Mr. Michael K.H. Chan
	Mr Chan is currently the Chief Executive of C&C Advisory Services Limited, a company specializes in providing Governance, Risk Management and Compliance (GRC) services. Before setting up C&C, Mr Chan was the Head of Group Compliance of Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China, Limited. Prior to joining Ping An Group, Mr Chan was Director, Quality Assurance of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) in charge of Practice Review and Professional Standards Monitoring for the Institute. Mr Chan was Group Financial Controller of Lam Soon (Hong Kong) Limited before joining the HKICPA and prior to that, he was Head of Compliance - Greater China of DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited, a position which he took up in 2003 after completion of the special assignment of running the Command Centre and the working team supporting the integration of DBS Bank Limited with the banks acquired in Hong Kong . Mr Chan was Head of Internal Audit of Dao Heng Bank / Guoco Group Limited before the banking business of the group was acquired by DBS Bank Limited. He has over 30 years of external audit, IT audit, training, accounting and finance, company secretarial and corporate administration, MIS m anagement, internal audit, information security , compliance and risk management experience gained from working in Big Four firms and multinational corporations in Hong Kong, England and Australia . Mr Chan i s a F ellow of the HKICPA and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) . Apart from being an IT Specialist and a F ellow of CPA Australia, Mr Chan is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors and was a member of their Training Committee in 2006. He is also an A ssociate /a Member of the following professional bodies : the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales ( ICAEW); the Hong Kong Securities Institute ; the Hong Kong Computer Society; t he Chartered Institute of Arbitrators; and the Life Management Institute (FLMI). He is also a C ertified I nformation S ystems A uditor (CISA) since 1985 . Mr. Chan is an Adjunct Professor in the School of Accounting and Finance of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University . Mr Chan was a Representative of the Subsector of Accountancy of the HKSAR Election Committee from 1997 to 2006. He also served as a member of the Representative Election Committee of the HKSAR for the tenth and eleventh session of the National People's Congress of the PRC . Apart from that , he was an Elected Council Member of the HKICPA from 1998 to 200 5 and the President of the Hong Kong Branch of CPA Australia (1997-1998) . He also represented the HKICPA and served as a member of the Compliance Committee of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) in 2002. Mr Chan has been actively taking part in public services. He is serving in committees with the ICAC and the Education and Manpower Bureau of Hong Kong. He is also a member of the Hospital Governing Committee, Tuen Mun Hospital of the Hospital Authority and the Chairman of their Finan ce Sub-c ommittee.
