傅天忠先生   Mr Victor Foo
傅天忠先生於財務及會計方面擁有逾十五年經驗，曾為多間香港上市公司集團之高級管理人員。傅先生現職錦恆汽車安全技術控股有限公司(上市編號: 872)的執行董事、財務總監及公司秘書。他亦為山東羅欣藥業股份有限公司(上市編號: 8058)的獨立非執行董事之一。  傅先生為澳洲執業會計師公會會員及香港會計師公會會員。香港董事學會資會員; 培訓委員會。他持有Australia Graduate School of Management的工商管理碩士學位，及澳洲新南威爾士大學之會計及資訊系統學士學位。		Mr Victor Foo has over fifteen years of experience in the finance and accounting fields and held management position of listed groups in Hong Kong. Mr Foo is currently served as the executive director, financial controller and company secretary of Jinheng Automotive Safety Technology Holdings Limited (stock code: 872). He is also one of the independent non-executive directors of Shandong Luoxin Pharmacy Stock Company Limited (stock code: 8058).  Mr Foo is a member of the Australia Society of Certified Practising Accountants and an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Member, The Hong Kong Institute of Directors, Training Committee Member of HKIoD. He holds a master degree in business administration from Australia Graduate School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in accounting and information system from the University of New South Wales in Australia
