孔敬權先生   Mr Randy Hung
孔敬權先生擁有超過18年擔任香港私人和上市公司董事、財務總監及公司秘書的經驗。現職中國光纖網絡 系統集團有限公司的執行董事及財務總監。 孔先生同時擔任中裕燃氣控股有限公司(上市編號 8070)及中天國際控股有限公司(上市編號 2379) 獨立非執行 董事。孔先生也是香港稅務上訴委員會委員、香港入境 事務審裁處成員、香港投資者關係協會及香港董事學會 理事。 孔先生是香港會計師公會資深會員、美國會計師公會會 員、香港證券專業學會會員。他持有英國倫敦大學工商管理碩士銜、美國南加州大學會計學學士及資訊科技學士銜、香港中文大學中國會計、財務、稅務、法律證書，及香港證券專業學會企業融資專家證書。		Mr. Randy Hung has more than 18 years of experience as directors, CFOs and company secretaries of various private and listed companies in Hong Kong.   He is currently serving as Executive Director and CFO of China Fiber Optic Network System Group Limited. Mr. Hung is also one of the independent non-executive directors of Zhongyu Gas Holdings Limited (stock code 8070) and Zhongtian International Limited (stock code: 2379). He is currently serving as a member of the Board of Review (Inland Revenue), a member of Immigration Tribunal, an excutive committee member of the Hong Kong Investor Relations Association, and a council member of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors. Mr. Hung is a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the Hong Kong Securities Institute. He holds an MBA degree from the University of London, a bachelor's degree of science in accounting and a certificate of programming and data processing from the University of Southern California, a certificate of China Accounting, Finance, Taxation and Law from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Hong Kong Securities Institute Specialist Certificate in corporate finance.
