孔敬權先生 Mr Randy Hung
孔敬權先生擁有超過18年擔任香港私人和上市公司董事、財務總監及公司秘書的經驗。現職中國光纖網絡系統集團有限公司(上市編號3777)的執行董事及首席財務官。
孔先生亦同時擔任中裕燃氣控股有限公司(上市編號 3633)及神威药業集團(上市編號 2877) 非執行董事，也是香港投資者關係協會副主席及香港董事學會理事兼培訓委員會主席；並為香港入境事務審裁處成員；前香港稅務上訴委員會委員。
孔先生是香港會計師公會資深會員、美國會計師公會會員、香港證券專業學會會員。他持有英國倫敦大學工商管理碩士銜、美國南加州大學會計學學士及資訊科技證書、香港中文大學中國會計、財務、稅務、法律證書，及香港證券專業學會企業融資專家證書。
Mr. Randy Hung has more than 18 years of experience as directors, CFOs and company secretaries of various private and listed companies in Hong Kong. He is currently serving as Executive Director and CFO of China Fiber Optic Network System Group Limited(stock code 3777).
Mr. Hung is also one of the non-executive directors of Zhongyu Gas Holdings Limited (stock code 3633) and China Shineway Pharmaceutical Group (stock code 2877). He is currently serving as member of Immigration Tribunal, Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Investor Relations Association, and a council member of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors and Chairman of the institute’s Training Committee. Former member of the Board of Review (Inland Revenue)
Mr. Hung is a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the Hong Kong Securities Institute. He holds an MBA degree from the University of London, a bachelor's degree of science in accounting and a certificate of programming and data processing from the University of Southern California, a certificate of China Accounting, Finance, Taxation and Law from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Hong Kong Securities Institute Specialist Certificate in corporate finance.
