李家輝先生 Mr Allan Lee
李家輝先生現任李家輝專業諮詢有限公司董事，從事多元化業務，包括人力資源發展、公共關係、婚禮統籌及寫作等。
在成立自己的諮詢公司之前，李先生曾於浩華香港集團担任董事及學習進研及發展部主管，及為德勤•關黄陳方會計師行學習進研部高級經理。李先生從事培訓工作超過十年，對會計、審計、公司管治、詐騙、專業形象、職業發展、領導及管理技巧等課程之設計、開發及培訓有相當經驗。
李先生是註册企業教練、認可形象顧問、美國Sci/ART™認證色彩分析師、MBTI®及FIRO-B®認證資格管理人，並已獲得英國李斯特大學培訓及績效管理的碩士學位。李先生目前為特許公認會計師公會資深會員、個人及企業形象設計師協會專業會員、香港女會計師協會會員、澳洲註册會計師、香港國際教練協會專業會員、香港會計師公會會員、香港特許秘書公會會員〈執業者認可證明〉、香港人力資源管理學會會員、英格蘭及威爾斯特許會計師公會會員、特許秘書及行政人員公會會員及年青會計師協會創會會員。李先生是多間專業機構、公司及大學的客席講者。
李先生現為ACCA News Update、信報、經濟日報、婚嫁雜誌《Hong Kong Wedding Collection》及育兒天地專欄作者之一，並為《計出未來》一書的作者之一。
Allan Lee is currently the Director of Allan Lee Professional Solutions Limited, providing multi-solutions on people development, public relations, wedding planning, writing, etc.
Prior to setting up his own consulting company, Allan was the Director and Head of Learning and Development Division of Horwath Hong Kong Group and Senior Manager of the National Learning Services of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. He has over ten years of extensive experience in designing, developing and delivering various kinds of learning programmes, including accounting, auditing, corporate governance, fraud, professional image, career development, leadership and management skills.
Allan is a Registered Corporate Coach, Certified Image Consultant, Sci/ART™ Certified Personal Color Analyst and Accredited Administrator of MBTI® and FIRO-B®. He also holds a Master of Science degree in Training and Performance Management from the University of Leicester. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He is also a member of Association of Image Architects (AIAS), Association of Women Accountants, Hong Kong (AWAHK), CPA Australia, Hong Kong International Coaching Community (HKICC), Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA), The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries (HKICS) with the Practitioner’s Endorsement, Hong Kong Institute of Human Resources Management (HKIHRM), Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) and Young Accountants Association (YAA). He is a frequent speaker for a number of professional organisations, firms and universities.
Allan is also a column writer of ACCA News Update, Hong Kong Economic Journal, Hong Kong Economic Times, Hong Kong Wedding Collection and Parents’ Journal. He was also one of the writers of a book about 12 International Accounting Firms in Hong Kong.
