Preparation:

• Please call to make a reservation at 2849 0338 and complete the provided questionnaires and return to us by fax to 2849 2604 before your appointment for us to prepare your registration before your arrival. (Please quote the member of “The Hong Kong Institute of Director” during reservation
• You are required to fast from food, including any dairy products after 12 midnight the evening before your assessment. Breakfast will be served after your Fasting Blood tests and Ultrasound of abdomen if indicated in your chosen program.
• If you are currently on any medications, you may wish to consult your own doctor or contact us to check for continuation of the medication e.g. Cardiac, diabetic, hypertensive drugs.
• For program which a Cardiac Stress test is included (Treadmill), you will need to bring in your trainers (running shoes), T-shirt and shorts are optional. If you are on “Beta-Blocker”, Cardiac Drugs, please contact us before your appointment.
• For ladies client, if an ultrasound of Pelvis is arranged for or included in the chosen program, please continue drinking water, we need you to have a FULL bladder for the scanning.
• A stool specimen is required. Please use the container provided for collection. If your booking is made less than 4 days to your appointment date, we may not have enough time to mail the container to you. You can use any small clean container with a secure lid to collect the stool specimen if you wish.
• A urine specimen will be required AFTER you arrive at the Hospital.
• It is advisable for you to reschedule the appointment if you are not feeling well, and for ladies, if you are pregnant or will be menstruating on the day of the assessment, please call us at 2849 0338 to reschedule your appointment.
