This programme allows attendees the flexibility
of selecting seminars from a defined schedule
to suit individual circumstances. Those who
have attained Level 1 may proceed to further
attendance to qualify for Level 2.
(2) Languages: A majority of the seminars offered are conducted in either Cantonese or English, in a 50/50 ratio. Presentation materials and handout notes are in English for the English seminars and in a combination of English and Chinese for Cantonese seminars. Selected seminars are conducted in Putonghua. If demand increases, more Putonghua seminars will be organised. To make up the total requirement of seminars for a Diploma or Professional Diploma, an attendee may select to attend a combination of courses of any language.
(3) Beyond the Diploma: In the spirit of continuing professional development, even after attainment of a Diploma or Professional Diploma, an individual is encouraged to attend additional seminars selectively in order to remain up-to-date with current director practices.
